Any discrepancies on your order must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
However, there are exceptions for certain faulty equipment. If it is faulty equipment, it must be returned within 60 days of purchase. If you have an issue with a piece of equipment, please email us first at sales@hairbeautycentre.com to have the return approved.
